I would like to send few words about Access Consciousness to my foreign fellow citizens in Istanbul / Turkey in case if they wanted to have some idea what is the purpose of it.

The purpose of Access is to create a world of consciousness and oneness. Consciousness includes everything and judges nothing. It is our target to get you to the point where you receive from Access the awareness of everything, with no judgment of anything. If you have no judgment of anything, then you get to look at everything for what it is, not for what you want it to be, not for what it ought to be, but just for what it is.

Gary Douglas, the creator of Access borned in the Midwest and raised in San Diego, California. He describes his childhood as a typicall television type, middle class family. His father passed away when he was 17. " I learned from his life that working yourself to death for your family doesn't necessarily provide everything they need. I also learned that I had to work, and work hard for anything I wanted." Gary says.

Gary describes the creation of Access as a series of revelations and insights. "What we now call Access started coming through in about July 1990 when I was a successful Realtor in Santa Barbara, California," Gary explains. "I began channeling information about points on the head that act like a computer bank for all our thoughts, feelings, emotions, considerations, attitudes and decisions; anything that we decided that was important at anytime in this life or any other lifetime. I felt that maybe this could be a class for massage therapists or body workers. I came home and called four friends to come to a class on energy work. That was the first Access class."

He conducts personal Access consultations at his office and by telephone with clients throughout the United States and North America, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the Orient. He and a score of Access facilitators conduct Access workshops throughout the world.

Dr. Dain Heer, is a Chiropractor and he is the 2nd important person of Access Consciousness.  He was practicing in a tiny office in Santa Barbara, CA. In fact, this office was approximately 150 square feet. Often, he would sit in that office, on the seventh floor of Santa Barbara's tallest building and literally shake with fear of finances, fear of attempting to build a practice, fear of people knowing how he really felt inside and fear that he never would have what he really wanted in life and was unable to create. It was in the middle of one of those really bad days that he saw an ad that changed his life. It read: ACCESS All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory. Call Shannon. And it had her phone number. That was it. I called and made an appointment with her for a trade. That phone call quite literally gave him access to his life, and he has not been able to squeeze himself into the box that used to be his life ever again.

In order to give you brief explanations I use FAQ format.

What is Access?

Access Consciousness is a simple set of tools, techniques and philosophies that allow you to create dynamic change in every area of your life, with your body and with you. Founded by Gary Douglas in 1990 and expanding with the more recent contribution of Dr. Dain Heer, Access Consciousness is now available in many countries throughout the world.

How does Access Consciousness work?

Through a variety of classes, body-work or private session, licensed facilitators use question and verbal processing techniques to empower you in knowing what you know. It is through you becoming more conscious of what choices and possibility you have available, that allows you to choose and generate the life you truly desire.



Where do I start?

Access Bars is the beginning. This is a body-therapy that allows your body and you to begin releasing all the limiting thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had, about anything. Similar to deleting files off your computer's hard-drive, more space becomes available to receive and create something totally new.

Access Bars

Aceess Bars is the beginning of Access Consciousness. There are 32 bars of energy that run through and around your head that connect to different aspects of your life. We call all of the points you touch when using this modality “The Bars.”
They store the electromagnetic component of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that you have ever had about anything.
For example; every thought you have ever had about money that you considered important, the energy of that thought is stored in the Bar called "money."
There are Bars for healing, body, control, awareness, creativity, power, aging, sex and money; 32 different ones in all. Each Bar corresponds with that aspect or area of your life that it is named.

Touch one Bar and you begin to clear away the energy locked up in that area or aspect of your life just by touching it. Add in touching another Bar and you not only get the "issues" from the first Bar, you also begin clearing the "issues" stored in that second Bar. As well you clear all the points of view about those two Bars in relation to eachother, allowing for exponential change.

Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that you have fixed in place solidifies the energy and limits your capacity to change anything in that area. You change the energy, you change how that part of your life shows up. What is the most simple and easy way to change energy? Get your Bars touched! When you do,  something different can show up in your life with ease.
At worst you feel like you have just had the best massage of your life. At best your whole life can change into something greater with total ease. This is an incredibly nurturing and relaxing process, undoing limitation in all aspects of your life with out any effort.
